Just a little soccer this spring...

Two kids, four sports... No big deal, they say. Two kids, four sports equals a very tired family! I have not one picture of the kids playing flag football, since actually that didn't take up much time at all in our schedules. But soccer took up some time in a big way, but in a great way! It was such a fun spring. The kids made some really great friendships and so did the parents... Blink and we'll be back in it again!
Morgan played in two tournaments this year, one in Twin Falls!
We realized this season that Morgan and Mia were somehow separated at birth... Complete with their own language.
And lots of silliness.
See? So incredibly sad they won't be playing together next year, but luckily their little brothers are!
Goalie Wars Cheering Squad.
Championship game. What an incredible group of young ladies!
Medal ceremony with Coach Tony. He may be a Coug, but he really is the best coach we could have asked for. He was fun, encouraging and tough.
Sadly not many pics of this boy playing! He was invited to play on an Elite Academy team and he was incredible! He scored a ton on boys twice his size.... Watch out U9 Competitive, here he comes....

One tired girl! Friday Night Flag, followed by a 6 a.m. Saturday started and four soccer games in two days, phew!

The girls in white won the Championship, girls in blue second place. What a fun game that was!
Aidan says, "hi."

This may or may not be my kid playing, but this was my view pretty much every second I wasn't at work.
Non-stop sports=Lots of dinners out! I like that!
It isn't just what they do on the field that makes me so incredibly proud, it's the sweet, smart human beings they are too.... Love these two.
I'd like them to try to loosen up though, live a little silly.
And tourney number 2. Seven soccer games in two days between the Kearney kids? Soccer party at our house Saturday night with 50 people. Someone slap me next time I have that idea!
A heart breaker 2nd place finish, after a tie and a pk shootout. I hope our little pk shooter knows just how incredibly proud we are of her and how hard she worked this year! Cross-bars are jerks...

And that's a wrap! Soccer party in our basement, complete with the Rush cheer for Coach Tony! Both kids made their competitive teams next year, Morgan jumping to U13, gulp. Buckle up soccer fans!
