Halloween 2015!

The Halloween fun has been had and the sugar rush is on....
Aidan calls Morgan, "hairy baby," (we don't know why?) so this mask was quite appropriate....
No words.
We had a pumpkin carving extravaganza at the neighbors!
Such fun!
And so successful!
Morgan's school party was a hit!
Halloween isn't complete without a trick and a treat at Grandma's condo! A mighty storm trooper, Bat girl and the Seahawk's mascot!
Morgan always puts together the cutest costumes!
And so does Grandma Dolly! Olivia probably thought our family had lost our minds...
I can't stop laughing at this....
The oldest Seahawk fan!

The amount of candy gathered this year was INSANE, absolutely insane. I have a lot of work to do... But I think I can do it.
I mean, really. Sugar isn't THAT bad for you, is it?

Dirt Devils, Dirt Devils!!!!

In what has felt like the quickest soccer season, the Dirt Devils finished with a BANG!!! Tournament Champions!
It was an unexpected tournament win, which made it so, so fun to watch! Pretty certain I burned a 1000 calories on the sidelines and lost a couple years of my life from the stress. Yes, I know. I have a problem.
But this buddy is so much fun to watch!

The final game was a tough one and ended in a 1-1 score. So it was a best of five shoot out. Aidan got the job done!!!!
Post game celebration with Coach Ryan in the corner. He's wearing a t-shirt at the end of October. I think the stress got him fired up too....
Just adore these kids!

Especially this one! He may have been convinced he had a broken arm and bed-head, but he played like a rock star....

Fall soccer season... DONE! Onto the next.... So proud of all these guys, even the one in the red coat!

Queen's River - Sawtooths!

Ryan and Jed hit the Sawtooth Mountain Range for a long backpacking trip....I don't think the pictures can even begin to do justice to the beauty up there!
Ryan left a map for me too in case I needed to start a rescue effort. Because we all know I am SUPER good at reading maps.

Dinner!

Jed and his little buddy Ryan...

Not many captions, because what do I know? But this video Ryan put together does not disappoint! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T75yFGUR-Uo

Fall FUN!

I know I'm not the only one, but how in the world is it that we are two weeks away from HALLOWEEN? Is this a joke?
While Daddy was on a "golf trip," the kids and I hit Hyde Park Street Fair and our rock hound was in heaven. You can tell him that those rocks don't contain diamonds, but don't worry, he won't believe you...
There have been lots of pictures of old man Byron as we prepare to celebrate his 14th{!!!!!} birthday next month.
I like to think of him as the Sean Connery of dogs.
Just gets better with age....
The Hamilton's were generous to let us use their cabin for a fall weekend getaway. Such fun!
Sometimes we like to take our children to bars and play games. I'm now a shuffleboard addict.
And we watch a little football with them in bars too.
And then make them walk in the dark home. Where's my parenting trophy?
Hamilton's, I don't think anyone peed in there, but look at Ryan's face.

Morgan has mastered "duck lip selfie." Watch out Kardashians, got a new kid in town...
Beautiful day!
Mountain biking, bar hopping, paddleboarding, hot tubbing: Makes for one tired guy.
After we got home, we luckily were able to hit the trails and find the super moon!

Ryan channeled his inner artist and managed to get this gorgeous picture of him holding the super moon. Simply amazing, Ryan, simply amazing.
But the view of the city wasn't too shabby.

And then Morgan attempted to make it look like she was "eating" the moon. #nailedit
Oh good God, the pokemon talk around here.
Morgan had an allergist appointment. Not good news people, not good at all. Meanwhile, if anyone has a connection to the Sean N. Parker Center for Allergy and Asthma Research Center in San Francisco, call me. Otherwise, if you want to help me with my robo-dialing campaign to be the squeaky wheel to get Morgan into their study, come over and (bring chocolate...and wine)
Such a handsome boy.
After dr's appointments, we need a break by a pool!
Say what you will about allowing your 8 year old to text. But I don't really care, because the stuff he sends me is hilarious. I frequently get messages asking for Pokemon cards and etc. And then an accompanying picture demonstrating his sadness over my no.

If you have been looking for the Kearneys, we have been on the soccer field. And sometimes we bring along this old gal...
Morgan has had an incredible season with her new team. She is loving it and so are we!
Early morning game!
We've also had a fair share of biking this fall!
And rides to the candy store is always on our list.

Morgan has been playing with makeup. AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!
And I have been enrolling my kids in cake walks trying to feed my addiction. Thanks for nothing Riverstone. I had to buy my own later. Just kidding, it was a fun party.
Morgan's new teammate invited us to her school's harvest festival at Riverstone. And the proceeded to decorate her face. Soul sisters I think....

We didn't stay too long at the party because we had an early morning wake up call to get to Caldwell for some games. Love that little team of girls!

Morgan's collage of Byron Bay....
Sadly, all my soccer pictures are of Morgan since the kids have had games at the same time. Ryan coaches Aidan's team, so it's divide and conquer!

I hear #6 is rad.

Ms. Mema had a birthday, so party at the Kearneys!!!

Cheers!
And had a beautiful evening with Ben Towne Foundation to say good-bye to the work that has been done and to find ways to continue to support pediatric cancer research. It was a lovely ending to Ben Towne Foundation Boise Chapter as we know it. Cheers to good ladies doing great work!
