Houston, we've got a reader!

Yep, that's right, Ms. Morgan has decided that she's tired of listening to Ryan and I read to her at night, so she's taken matters into her own hands. Unfortunately, we packed up the majority of her books while we are in our "temporary" home, so we've been stocking up at the library once a week to get new books. This week her books of choice were ones that she can read herself and SHE'S DOING IT! It's so exciting, can you tell I'm a little bit proud?


I love that smile! She's a little proud of herself too. As for other educational news, we entered Morgan into a lottery for a new charter school they are starting in Boise and she was selected to begin kindergarten there! We haven't decided 100% to do this school versus regular public school education, but we feel fortunate to have this potential opportunity at our hands! I've attended a town meeting regarding the curriculum and it sounds like it will be right up Morgan's alley. www. sageinternationalschool.org
